Product description:

The battery BMS test system can be applied to the integrated test of 1S~100S power lithium-ion battery pack BMS with LMU and BMCU modules, such as the BMS performance and HILL test.

It is suitable for testing BMS power consumption, whether BMS can work normally, and can also be used as a battery simulator to test BMS output under various conditions.

The voltage and current of a single analog battery are within 4800mV/5A. With a modular design, each chassis is composed of 20 electrically insulated and independent analog batteries. It supports cascade connection with multiple modules.


Features

1. High precision and adjustable constant voltage output, maximum voltage 4800mV and

continuous working current can reach 5000mA.

2. High precision adjustable constant voltage electronic load, the maximum absorption current can reach -5000mA, the continuous working current of the load can reach -5000mA.

3. The battery BMS tester has voltage, current, and micro current acquisition functions.

4. Standard configuration: 20S, support the extended and cascade function of the simulated battery pack module (1S~100S).

5. Can provide 1 channel high voltage constant voltage source 750V output and measurement.

6. Can provide 1 channel 600A external current source and 2 channel analog voltage.

7. Charge and discharge overcurrent simulation function, overcurrent protection function judgment.

8. When the protective functions of the overcharge, over-discharge, over-temperature and the balanced CAN directive are effective, it will execute protections and judge the relay actions.

9. There are 9 channels of temperature simulation (multiple modules, 9 channels/module).

10. Support 2 channels of battery pack insulation resistance simulation (multiple modules , 2 channels/module).

11. It has four CAN-BUS interfaces:

A. Provided that 1 channel of CAN is applied to the communication between the test system and the outer network, while 1 channel used to the communication between the test system and the internal network. 1 channel simulates charge CAN communication and 1 is reserved for CAN.

B. Transmit-receive of upper computer software and CAN information judgement.

12. Respectively 2 channels of PWM input and 3 channels of PWM output capture function.

13. Respectively 4 channels of digital input (DI) and 8 channels of digital output (DO) expansion interface.

Explanation: The user can write the CAN communication message so as to adapt to different CAN communication protocols. It can record the measured voltage, current, temperature values and the received voltage, current and temperature values (which are sent by BMS); the test system can be started by external barcode; all the test results can be saved by the specified format; the test results (passed/failed) can be determined by the users’ real needs.
