The laptop battery tester machine is suitable for all functional testing of the Notebook PC battery with power management chip，including communication, writing code, precision verification, and battery performance test.

Features:

1. With modular design, a single test channel is a battery tester.

2. Multiple battery testers can form a multi-channel laptop battery test system; each channel is independent and does not affect any other channels.

3. The multi-channel laptop battery test system can start the test on multiple channels at the same time, or independently test on each channel.

4. It has powerful functions and can complete battery performance test (ATE test) and GG communication test (FPT/OQC) on the same battery tester.

5. A variety of test functions are integrated, and the test steps can be completed at one time in one station through programming, which can greatly improve the test efficiency.

6. Support the barcode reader to scan the battery barcode serial number, record the test result of the battery serial number binding to the database, and write the battery barcode data to the power management chip.

7. The system supports two barcode scanners at the same time, which can scan both the battery cell barcode and the battery barcode at the same time.

8. The battery test system itself has a complete power-on self-check function, and the working status of each channel can be checked through the indicator on the front panel.

9. The Notebook PC battery tester comes with computer software, which can realize parameter setting, parameter download, test result display, test data storage, software update, and tester calibration.
