Product description:


The battery pack testing system is an integrated charge-discharge cycle test system for high-current battery pack cycle charging, discharging, battery pack function testing and charge-discharge data monitoring.


The battery tester system can provide excellent accuracy and flexibility, and the discharged energy can be fed back to the power grid, saving energy and protecting the environment.



Scope of application:


The battery pack test system is suitable for high-current battery packs, such as EV battery packs, aerial drone battery packs, UPS battery packs, etc.

Data storage requirements

1) The system can display and save the temperature, total voltage, total current and time, accumulated cycle times in real time, and can calculate capacity, energy, charge and discharge efficiency, ΔV/ΔT, ΔI/ΔT, etc.

2) The data record table includes: absolute time, process time, voltage, current, temperature, stage capacity, internal resistance, capacity, etc.

3) The value during the current discharging process is displayed as a negative value, and the value during the current charging process is displayed as a positive value. The test data of each channel of the device can be saved or viewed separately. The process steps such as charging, discharging and suspension can be marked in different colors display.

4) When the same project data is saved, all data can be saved in one file at one time, with historical data query function, and data query function according to time period, project name, etc.

Power-off connection function

Accessibility

During the automatic test, the BMS host computer can communicate and monitor at the same time, and the battery pack can be manually powered on to view the BMS information. The automatic test charge and discharge should meet the battery system's own conditions, such as temperature.
